Q: Why is Vistakon® introducing another base curve for ACUVUE® OASYS™?
A: We felt that it was important to give doctors the ability to fit all their contact lens patients into the #1 lens in the market. We have heard customer feedback that a second base curve for ACUVUE® OASYS™ would add value to their practice, and we feel this helps fulfill our commitment to partnering with doctors.

Q: Why is it an 8.8 mm base curve?
A: Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. currently makes ACUVUE® OASYS™ in 8.4 and 8.8 mm base curves for other regions of the world. Doctors in other regions have successfully fit patients in the ACUVUE® OASYS™ 8.8 mm base curve, and we wanted to bring that success to the United States.

Q: Which patients should be fit in the new 8.8 mm base curve?
